She has also served as an AKC Judge at the Western Reserve Poodle Club.

Dave Campanella is an informative and entertaining seminar speaker, contributing trade columnist and genuine grooming enthusiast. He is Best Shot Pet Products sales and marketing director and has over 30 years of pet industry knowledge and experience. He and his wife Tracy co-owned a full-service pet salon and self-wash in Ohio prior to relocating with Best Shot to Kentucky. Together they enjoy exhibiting at grooming shows, being industry ambassadors and showing their Kerry Blue Terriers, Samoyed and Lowland Polish Sheepdog. Dave is also certified to deliver accredited PGC continuing education credits with WPA’s credentialing program.
Kim is a 40 yr veteran of the grooming Industry. She is a graduate of the N.Y. School of Dog Grooming Nov.1984, then owned by the famed Sam Kohl.
She is a graduate of the Pensacola Junior College Vet Tech program June 1984.
She competed in grooming competitions for 26 yrs , garnering some 62 placements including two BIS
Gold medal Poodles Intergroom 1999
Silver Medal handstrip terriers Intergroom 2001
And the Wahl Artistic Innovations Grand Championship Intergroom 2001
She is a sanctioned judge by the United Show Managers Alliance

Erin (Martin) Huland has been grooming for over 20 years, and has owned her grooming business since 2013. In February of 2020, she began her journey in the competition ring in the pure breed class. Her specialty is in extreme creative grooming, where she is a multi award winning competitor. She has been speaker in the grooming industry since 2020. Erin also puts on several creative grooming webinars per year. Her love of creative grooming inspired her to start The Creative Groomer, a creative grooming supply company, and the first subscription box in the industry geared towards creative groomers. In 2021, she and Mary Oquendo co organized and created the first ever creative grooming online summit. She is a Secretary of the CPPGA (California Professional Pet Groomers Association). She is a member of the North American model dog competition team and is a multi award winning competitor in model dogs.
Dr. Molly started Molly’s Pampered Paws in 2014 working as the solo groomer in a (very) used grooming van. Together, with co-owner and husband Todd, they have built a diversified multi-million-dollar pet industry business consisting of grooming salons, a mobile grooming fleet, as well as boarding, daycare, and training facilities. In addition to helping run the organization, Dr. Molly has a grooming background, Master’s in Business Education-Corporate Training, a Doctorate in Management-Organizational Leadership with a dissertation on Employee Turnover in the Pet Grooming Industry, and teaches Business Applications at a local TN college. Combined with Todd’s 15+ years of leadership experience as a COO, Dr. Molly & Todd work together to combine education, experience, and best practices to help other pet professionals succeed! As a team, they are passionate about coaching and educating the next generation of successful pet industry business owners while helping groomers set boundaries and achieve optimal work/life balance through their podcast The Pawcast: The Business Side of the Pet Industries and coaching services.

Jordan is a national and internationally award winning groomer competing in breed, freestyle/runway, model dog, and extreme creative with several placements in all categories. Nominated for Barkleigh honors awards such as “up and coming groomer of the year” and “creative groomer of the year”. After working for several years as a cosmetologist as a cut and color specialist she made the transition from people to dogs(because dogs are so much better!). She now is the owner and operator of “creative shears mobile grooming”. She has a passion for educating other up and coming groomers and wants to share her knowledge and passion with them just as her mentors did with her.
Alyssa Kasiba, renowned internationally for her creative prowess, brings a wealth of experience from a distinguished grooming career in the U.S. A two-time Barkliegh Honors Creative Groomer of the Year and a Pooch Perfect Finalist on ABC, Alyssa extends her influence to the “Global Creative Grooming Board,” enriching the creative community. As the Co-Founder of The Creative Contribution, an emergency supply bag supporting competitors, she passionately contributes to making the world more colorful—one dog at a time
Mindy Dinwiddie, an award winning International Certified Master Groomer, International
Competition Competitor in both model dog and live dog competitions. She traveled to Taiwan as
a member of the USA Model Dog Team. Mindy is an ambassador for Evolution Shears and All
for Groomers. Mindy started her career as an apprentice under another groomer after making
the move from the corporate world, non-grooming related. She opened her own salon in
Litchfield, Michigan in 2010. Mindy, in the pursuit of bettering her grooms and herself, she
started attending Grooming Expos, seminars and private lessons. She strives to better the
grooming community every day. This includes traveling variously throughout the year to help in
the education of others in different topics of grooming. These topics include Asian Fusion, Tools
and Products of the Trade, and her most popular, Caring for Geriatric Dogs. As an advocate
towards bettering the grooming standard, she is also a member of Professional Grooming
Credential Instructor and member of the Master Groomer Council of Best Practices. She is a
staple to the grooming world, helping where needed.

In this information packed class, Shannon will discuss the art of maintaining white coated breeds. This session will give you the necessary tools to help keep white dogs in top condition. Tear staining, optical brighteners vs enzymatic whiteners, white dog sensitivities, maintenance regimes, and more will be discussed. You will leave this session with the tools that can be practiced in the salon as well as the knowledge to help coach pet owners on day to day maintenance.
